Kincaid Ready Mix has a fleet of forty-two late model Kenworth & Sterling Mixers 10.5 yd., including ten 2007 Sterling Mixers. Kincaid Ready Mix’s production facilities are approved by the Kansas Department of Transportation and are certified by the National Ready Mix Concrete Association and the Kansas City Missouri Materials Division. We presently have four plants: one Stephens dry batch plant in Paola, Kansas, one Stephens dry batch in Kansas City, Kansas and two plants in Olathe, Kansas, one Hagen wet batch and one Stephens dry batch to meet our customer’s needs.
Since our inception it has been our mission to provide our customers with the highest quality concrete and impeccable service. The way we accomplish this is by trust, honesty, and integrity. We strive to be one of the best ready mix producers in the nation. This is accomplished by providing a consistent quality product day in and day out with on time delivery, utilizing superior teamwork and communication.
Teamwork coming from everyone at Kincaid Ready Mix, from the person who answers the phone to order takers, dispatchers, batchers, loaders, plant engineers, to drivers. Communication beginning with a phone call from the customer to Kincaid Ready Mix, and Kincaid ready Mix making sure we have proper mix designs submitted, test breaks, coordination of pours, i.e., pre-pour meetings, and having someone onsite at the time of the pour for proper coordination and cooperation with the project manager or the superintendent.
