This is accomplished by providing a consistent quality product day in and day out with on time delivery, utilizing superior teamwork and communication.

Teamwork coming from everyone at Kincaid Ready Mix, from the person who answers the phone to order takers, dispatchers, batchers, loaders, plant engineers, to drivers. Communication beginning with a phone call from the customer to Kincaid Ready Mix, and Kincaid ready Mix making sure we have proper mix designs submitted, test breaks, coordination of pours, i.e., pre-pour meetings, and having someone onsite at the time of the pour for proper coordination and cooperation with the project manager or the superintendent.
